The headdress and arm cuff are still in plastic. I’m not sure if the dress has been worn. It appears to be brand new. The dress is a size small but I would put it as an XS / Small. There’s a slight amount of stretch but not much. Bust is approximately 28”

Waist is 30” Hips are 32” Total length is about 60” to the end of the fringe. This is a body hugging dress and the material is a beautiful mesh that changes colors in the light.
