This is are rare and vintage Daiichi Pan Deco Chara Seal / Stickers from Japan! Really great quality and color for it's age due to the durable vinyl material of the sticker. This is a second hand item, so please don't purchase with the intent to grade, just enjoy it for what it is! Most people collect the stickers and keep them on the paper backing. If you do plan on pulling the sticker off the backing for use on another surface, please note that they can lose stickiness with age so the sticker might not stick again. I've tested a few they worked fine, but this isn't guaranteed.
