DUE TO THE FACT THAT THIS IS SEALED, I CANNOT CONFIRM THE EXACT PRESSING. Cover is definitely a gatefold, on back cover trademark is 1973.

SEALED, but the cover does show some light shelf wear as well as some wear on the corners. The front and back of every corner is shown in the photos, as well as the spine and top and bottom seams. Looks to have been stored well and upright, cover looks flat. Vinyl is presumed mint, but may still have minor imperfections.
