Buyer Notice
All items are pre-owned/used unless otherwise specified. Items are sold as-is and may show signs of previous use, such as light wear, scuffs, fading, or other minor imperfections. Significant flaws, such as tears, rips, or holes, will be disclosed in the description and/or photos. Items are stored in a smoke-free environment; however, they may have been exposed to smoke, pets, or other allergens and odors prior to sourcing.

Sizing Notice (if applicable):
When applicable, measurements are provided in the listing. Please review them carefully, as sizes can vary by brand and age of the item.

Inventory:
Our items are sourced from wholesale, and most are one-of-a-kind, with no duplicates or additional sizes available.

Shipping and Handling:
Items will be shipped within 4 business days after payment is received. However, I strive to ship same day whenever possible, so your item may arrive sooner! Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside my control.

Pre-Shipment Inspection:
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to verify their condition matches the listing description.

Terms of Sale:
All sales are final unless the item is grossly misrepresented in the description or photos. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges they have reviewed all photos, descriptions, and terms of the listing. Pre-owned items may contain minor flaws or signs of wear that are accepted as part of the purchase.

Return Policy for Baby Clothes:
We accept returns on ALL baby clothes, regardless of reason, to ensure complete buyer satisfaction. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of baby clothes.

Claims Policy:
In the event of a claim regarding damage or misrepresentation, buyers must provide clear photographic evidence within 6 days of delivery for resolution.
