This one looks to be in good average sharp used condition. 

It appears to be a bottoming tap for cutting full threads to the bottom of a blind hole.

I do not see any chipped teeth

It will be very well protected during shipping.

I measured it and it looks like it starts out cutting 

at about 1.875" diameter then it tapers up to

the largest cutting diameter which is about 1.903"
