Hinges super solid and very robust.
They are 3D printed in extremely high quality technical plastic material and printed with top printers made in Europe.
"SLOT IN" version, i.e. the dust cover can be quickly removed and is removable.
The cover remains open just before the vertical due to a limit block placed at about 74°-78°.
The cover, when vertical, is meant to be at 90° with respect to the turntable.
Of course, it can also be closed.
A simple study of the center of gravity and the point of maximum opening prevents the lid from closing "by itself" involuntarily, not even under "unfortunate" knocks. 
All my hinges work on the same principle. Check my feedback. 100% satisfied. :)

They are not particularly cheap but neither are the originals, if you can find them. They cost 3 times...

...I dare say that the result will be EXCELLENT. I doubt you will not be satisfied !

Material provided:
- A pair of hinges already assembled.- A pair of plates for fixing the hinges to the dust cover (inside the Dust Cover)
- A pair of brackets to attach to the turntable chassis
- 4x black m4 rounded head screws for fixing the hinges to the dust cover  (2,5mm metric Allen key)
- 4x black m4 washer for fixing the hinges to the dust cover
- 8x wood screws diameter 3.9mm, length 20mm (cross head), to screw the brackets to the chassis
- 8x black m4 washers, to screw the brackets to the chassis

NOTES:
These hinges replace the one you see in the last photo.
They are designed for the original cover and its thickness, as well as its size and weight.
If you have a non-original cover, it is advisable that you take this into account and let me know before purchasing.
These hinges allow you to adjust the height of the cover, when closed, seen from behind.

THE CHASSIS MOUNTING SCREWS (BRACKETS) MAY NOT BE SUITABLE. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO USE THE ORIGINAL SCREWS !!!

Cerniere super solide e molto robuste.
Sono stampate 3D in materiale plastico tecnico di estrema qualita e stampate con stampanti top made in Europe.
Versione "REMOVIBILE", ovvero il parapolvere si rimuove velocemente ed è quindi sfilabile.
Il coperchio rimane aperto poco prima del verticale per via di un fine corsa posto a circa 74°/78°. 
Il coperchio, quando verticale, si intende a 90° rispetto il giradischi.
Ovviamente si puo anche chiudere.
Un semplice studio sul baricentro e sul punto di massima apertura non permette al coperchio di chiudersi "da solo" involontariamente, nemmeno sotto urti "sfortunati".

Tutte le mie cerniere funzionano per lo stesso principio. 
Controlla i miei feedback. 100% soddisfatti. :)

Non sono particolarmente economiche ma neanche le originali lo sono, ammesso di trovarle. Costano 3 volte...

...Oserei dire che il risultato sarà ECCELLENTE. Dubito che non rimarrete soddisfatti !

Materiale fornito:
- Una coppia di cerniere già assemblate.
- Una coppia di piastrine per fissare le cerniere al coperchio (all'interno del coperchio)
- Una coppia di staffe per il fissaggio al telaio del giradischi
- 4 viti nere a testa bombata m4 per fissare le cerniere al coperchio (chiave a brugola metrica da 2,5 mm)
- 4 rondelle nere m4 per fissare le cerniere al coperchio
- 8 viti per legno diametro 3,9 mm, lunghezza 20 mm (testa a croce), per avvitare le staffe allo chassis
- 8 rondelle nere m4, per avvitare le staffe al telaio

NOTE:
Queste cerniere vanno a sostituire quella che vedi in ultima foto.
Sono progettate per il coperchio originale e il suo spessore, oltre che per le sue dimensioni e peso.
Se hai un coperchio non originale e' conveniente che ne tieni conto e mi avvisi prima di acquistare.
Queste cerniere permettono di regolare l altezza del coperchio, quando chiuso, visto da dietro.

LE VITI DI FISSAGGIO (STAFFE) ALLO CHASSIS POTREBBERO NON ESSERE IDONEE. SAREBBE MEGLIO USARE LE VITI ORIGINALI !!!
