PAYMENT

We accept multiple payment methods:
PayPal, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

Please complete your payment within 3 days of purchase.
If payment is not received within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

SHIPPING

  • Your tracking number will be uploaded to your eBay purchase record within 3?5 business days after payment.

  • Please note that weekends and Korean national holidays may cause slight delays.

  • Once payment is made, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • For safe and fast delivery, please make sure your address and phone number are accurate.

  • The shipping address must match your PayPal address.

For U.S. Orders:
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx DDP, USPS, or UPS DDP service.
Import duties and clearance fees are already included ? no extra charges upon delivery.

CUSTOMS

  1. Customs Duty & Tax
    According to eBay policy, Customs Tax, Duty, and VAT are generally the buyer?s responsibility.
    If your local customs office charges additional fees (Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage / Handling),
    the buyer is responsible for those costs.

Before purchasing, please check your local customs policy for details.
We will do our best to assist with tax or duty issues upon your request.

If the package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs fees,
you will be charged for the round-trip shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee based on the total order value.

  1. Customs Hold
    If your shipment is held by local customs, please contact your customs office or carrier (FedEx / Post Office) directly.
    If you require any documents for customs clearance, please contact us via eBay message,
    and we will provide the necessary paperwork after checking with our courier.

If the package is returned due to customs refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempt,
you will be responsible for the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt.
Before returning, please contact us via eBay message,
and our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  1. Refund with Shipping Deduction
    Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if:

  • All accessories are unused and unopened.

  • The item is intact and undamaged (except manufacturing defects).

  • The product is returned in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  1. Refund with Restocking Fee
    A restocking fee (10% of item price) plus shipping cost will be deducted if:

  • Some accessories are used or opened.

  • The item shows signs of damage (not manufacturing defects).

Returns with missing parts or damage not due to manufacturing defects will be refused.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
