It's also responsive in the forefoot to help propel you forward. The strong plastic side cage on the upper also helps keep you stable. ‣ The sole's wide stud placement gives you traction for lateral moves. The X-frame on the bottom flexes naturally with your foot to provide stability during hard braking and quick cuts.
