Domestic deliveries are sent using Australia Post. Australia Post defaults to a Safe Drop service for delivery of parcels in Australia. Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
If you have changed your mind about a purchased product, you can arrange to return it to us for a full refund. In order to qualify, you must contact us via the Ebay messaging system within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unopened, unused, untested and in its original packaging.
Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised that you opt in for a tracked shipment option with inclusion of postage insurance.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
If a product is missing, arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 3 business days via the Ebay messaging system. Depending on your situation, we may require you to provide photos or to arrange for the faulty products to be returned to our warehouse. Please do not dispose of any products or packaging until we have spoken to you about your case.
Once a return case is opened and a return label has been provided to you, the faulty item return must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.
