It is signed in either Sharpie or Pen. The signature is solid and clean. Pen signatures tend to be on the lighter side. Signatures may have white showing on cards with a high gloss finish.

This card is in EX-NM condition. This is an estimated grade, use the scan as a better judge of condition.

There may be a COA sticker on back from another company. The scan will show any imperfections, especially along the edges and corners.
