How to Install:
1.Place the car license plate against the license plate frame on vehicle.
2.Position the washer in fornt and spacer in back to the frame hole, then insert the screw, keep them all in a line, use the screwdriver to screw and tighten, make the license plate fastened to the vehicle.
3.Let the screw cap completely cover on the washer, then press it down and snap into place.
