This Jeep Wrangler spare tire wheel cover is in good, lightly used condition. It measures 31” from side to side on the inside. It is pictured on a 29” tire but will fit larger. The inside is slightly dirty from being on a tire. The elastic is still in very good condition. Please see pictures for overall condition.
