Additional Information

• One year manufacturer defect warranty on all wheels (Includes hub, rim & spokes)
• Our wheels are fully adjusted and spokes are tightened during assembly. However, we still recommend buyer to double check and tighten the spokes before riding. This is to make wheels keep a balanced level of tension in their components.
• Please note that we ship these wheels by FedEx with Direct Signature Required upon delivery with safety concern. No drop off. (PR, AK and HI will be shipped by USPS)
• To insure you will get the right product, please let us know your bike's make model and year.
• Accept customized orders, additional fees may be required. If you want the wheel set in other color combo or rim size, please contact us, we might be able to build them for you, thanks.
• Some accessories & parts may not be compatible with your bike, please double check the compatibility chart before buying. Thank you.
• Maintenance Tips of Rims: Please note that wheels can only be washed with "mild soap". Do not wash rims with Natrium hydroxide based liquids (like "wheel wash" and "iron removers"), these will spoil the Anodization immediately, then the color will be faded.
