2C3200 SWIRL FLAP REPAIR KIT

This part fixes the dreaded 2C3200 Swirl Flap Mechanical Fault Code. 

Is your Check engine light on and your BMW is sluggish compared to its usual self? 

Have you noticed decreased gas mileage and a lack in overall performance? 

Just deleted your flaps and don't want to tune?

After installing this part, the swirl flaps will work exactly in the parameters that your ecu system needs them to be. 

This part is a great option for people who have a loose, damaged, or worn out swirl flap lever on their N47, N57, B47, and B57 Engines

You will need to remove the 3 bolts holding the swirl flap actuator located on your intake manifold. I use a 90 degree interior clip removal tool to remove it from the linkage. 

After you are done removing the part, you will need a T10 5 point star tamper proof security bit to dissemble the actuator assembly. I suggest you purchase it before to trying to do this job. Overall this job takes about 30 minutes and is fairly easy to do even for a mid experience individual. This part literally just clips into place. It is very secure and won't fall out during use. 

After the swirl flap repair kit is installed, button up the actuator and re install everything. You will need to scan out the old check engine light code. After you delete the check engine light [2C3200], you are good to go. It will not come back if you have done this install properly. 
Your car will come back to life and feel like the day you bought it.
