- Remove the existing power steering pump following the vehicle manufacturer’s service manual instructions.
- Install the new power steering pump by connecting the inlet hose barb and securing it with clamps.
- Attach the pulley using the bolt-on method and ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Refill the power steering fluid reservoir with the appropriate fluid recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Start the engine and rotate the steering wheel to check for leaks and proper operation.
