o   All orders placed till 3pm will be dispatched on the same working day.  Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it in two to five working days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 48 hour service). Items are only sent on working days so if you order late on Friday or over the weekend they will be sent on the following Monday. 

o   In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Dispatch Note:
