A very well made solid silver tobacco box with niello decoration. The box is fully hallmarked inside on the lid and base and although slightly worn we can tell it was made in Moscow 1834 with the makers mark OE and the assayers mark A K.

The interior is finished in gold wash and it opens and closes perfectly 

Made from 84 Zolotnik silver (87.5% silver the box measures 7.5cm x 5 cm x 2 cm and weighs 88g.
