We understand that sometimes your purchase is not a perfect fit or you changed your mind. For that reason, we 

offer customers the option to return most items.
 
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the following requirements:

• Items being returned must be NEW (unused/unworn) and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED including OUR store tag and with everything that was included. If any tag is removed, the item is considered used.
• Items must not be altered in any way, including the shoe box, if available.
• No marks or scratches of any kind on shoes. Please try on shoes in a clean indoor area like carpet.
• If any of this is done, please do not attempt to return item.
