If you are buying as a present, we advise you to set up and check over the items first to ensure there is no damage from transit. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us before gifting.

Any damaged or lost parcels should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Some of our refurbished PCs have Windows 11 installed. Microsoft recommends Windows 11 PCs to have a TPM (trusted platform module) and a minimum 8th Gen CPU. Some PCs built with earlier components run Windows 11 perfectly fine, but devices not meeting these requirements may not receive updates. If you prefer Windows 10 installed, please contact us before purchase.
