Each LS fuel rail features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. All end ports are machined with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads. The lower center ports can be used for optional adapters and are also tapped with 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads.

The kit features specifically designed billet mounts. These modular "feet" allow compatibility on the following GM LS engines by simply flipping them and reinstalling into different threaded holes on the rails: LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, L99

Like the OEM fuel rails, the injector bores are 14mm ID so factory injectors are permitted. This kit is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

INCLUDED:
20-0232 GM LS Fuel Rail Kit:
-Black Anodized Laser Etched Aluminum Fuel Rails (x2)
-Black Anodized Aluminum Mounting Feet (x4)
-Stainless Steel Mounting Feet Hardware (x8)
-Stainless Steel Replacement Mounting Bolts (x4)

OPTIONAL PLUMBING KIT:

20-0263 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, L99:
The 20-0263 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L76, L99 reuses the OEM fuel hose. It is a direct bolt-on for all LS variations, excluding early LS1 engines that use an in-rail fuel pressure regulator. The inlet fittings permit the use of the OEM 3/8" SAE quick connector. A PTFE -8AN crossover hose is used for the front of the rails. Plugs are provided for all unused ports: (LH rear, RH rear port, and RH center).

Included:
-Green Anodized -6AN Male to 3/8" SAE Male Fitting (x1)
-Black Anodized -6AN Female 90deg Coupler (x1)
-Black Anodized -8AN ORB to -6AN Male 90deg Fitting (x1)
-Black Anodized -8AN ORB to -8AN Male Fitting (x2)
-Black Anodized -8AN ORB Plug (x3)
-8AN PTFE Crossover Hose (x1)
-SAE Fuel Line Disconnect Tool (x1)

Fuel Pulse Damper(s)
Do I need pulse dampers? The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, pulse damper(s) should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle.

Radium Engineering -8AN ORB fuel pulse dampers can be put on any fuel rail port.
