Year: c. 1880 (This print is from the 1800's it is NOT a modern print.)
Signature: Signed in the plate, lower left.
Reference: Bartsch 128. 2nd State
Condition: Richly inked in good condition, trimmed right inside plate line, collector's stamp on recto
Dimensions: Image Size 2 3/8 x 3 1/2inches
Framed Dimensions: approximately 14 x 16 inches
Framing: This piece has been professionally matted and framed using all new materials
Additional notes:
This is not a modern print. This is the original Amand Durand print from the 1800's. Prints of old masters by Amand Durand have gotten quite expensive. Durands plates were so good that many of the etchings and engravings that he made were sold as the original etchings by Rembrandt, Durer, Goya, Rubens and other old Masters.
