This  antique Victorian-style silver-plated creamer or small teapot made by the Victor Silver Company, a subsidiary of the Derby Silver Company, which was later absorbed by the International Silver Company. The piece is quadruple silver-plated, as marked on the base, and features a raised floral repoussé design with beaded trim and ornate footed base. The lid is hinged and topped with a floral finial, and the spout and handle both have high-relief decorative accents.
