Watches are sent DDU via DHL Express. It is a fast and fully trackable service. Delivery in 1-5 days depending on your location.
IMPORT TAXES:
I am based in the UK. For watches delivered to the UK, there are no import fees or duties.
Watches being delivered anywhere outside of the UK will be subject to customs fees (Import taxes). This is usually your local sales tax (VAT / GST, IVA) percentage on top of the price of the watch.
DDU means ‘Delivery, Duty Unpaid’.
This means you, the importer / receiver of the watch is responsible to pay any Sales Tax or duties to your local customs or the courier company to release the goods from customs before being delivered to you.
All watches are authentic / genuine and inspected by our in-house master watchmaker.
Authentic: This watch will be authenticated via eBays Authenticity Guarantee.
1. You pay eBay who hold the funds in escrow. You cannot pay me directly nor can you collect the watch from me.
2. I will ship the watch to eBays authentication centre for inspection.
3. After they have approved the watch for authenticity and condition (as per my listing) they will deliver the watch to you.
4. Only then will ebay release your funds to me.
5. If there are any issues (which there will not be from my side) the watch will be returned to ebay who will re-inspect the watch to ensure it es exactly as they sent it out, and you will be refunded by eBay assuming the watch is in exact match.
