Returns Accepted : Conditions Apply

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in the exact condition it was received:

• Brand-new items must be returned unworn, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and protective films intact.

• Pre-owned watches must be returned untampered, with no additional scratches, scuffs, or mechanical issues beyond those clearly stated in the listing.

• All items are photographed and documented (including serial numbers and movement condition) prior to shipping for your protection and ours.

IMPORTANT: Any returned item that shows signs of wear, damage, tampering, or part-swapping will be subject to a partial refund or denial of refund, depending on the severity.
