Warranty Coverage
We offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Fonland eBay Store.
This warranty applies only to products that are defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by improper use, abuse, or accidents.
Warranty Conditions
●The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product.
●The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
●Notification: The laser source will gradually lose some power after a long time of operation, which is a common phenomenon, it is a common phenomenon. We do not recommend customers to run the laser source at full power for long-time, it is recommended to run the laser source around 80%~85% of power in most condition which can make the lifespan of the laser source longer.
●The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
（1）Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
（2）Use of components not approved by Fonland.
（3）Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.), power surges, or improper power supply.
（4）Failure to maintain or clean the parts as per the recommended guidelines.
（5） Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed or altered.
●Any and all Fonland limited warranties will NOT be applied or upheld on the specific machine parts listed below, since they are metal processing parts, there is no actual possibility of malfunction:

Warranty Service
●Should the part become defective within the warranty period, Fonland will, at its discretion, repair or replace the part at no charge to the customer.
●Customers must contact Fonland's support team at our email ( you can get it after purchase) to initiate a warranty claim.
●The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number and date), along with clear pictures or videos of the defective part, to assess the claim.
