We ship exclusively to the address provided at checkout on eBay. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, a refund will be issued for the item only once it is received back in its original condition.

Courier deliveries require a signature.
Delivery times may be longer during holidays.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept it or file a claim immediately with the courier. Contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or process a refund promptly.

Return Policy
Returns must be pre-approved via the eBay messaging system before sending any items back.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be returned unused, in new condition, and include all original materials and packaging.
A full refund will be issued only after inspection and testing of the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective.
Items must be shipped in protective outer packaging to avoid damage to the original box.
Damaged returns will not be accepted.
