Agilent 8114A Pulse Generator, for parts or repair.
This unit has a badly burned ribbon cable and connector from the front panel, at a minimum they will both need to be replaced.
It turns on and passes the uP processor self-test, but fails the signal board test. I powered it up and ran it through the self tests before I opened it up and saw the damaged cable, but despite that damage the system continued to pass the processor test. With the cable disconnected the unit does not power up.
The top of the case has some scuffs/scratches, and there's a small soldering iron burn on the right edge of the front panel, in addition to normal marks from use & handling. It includes the bench feet with the front stands, but does not have side handles.
Includes a power cord but no memory card or any cables/documentation/accessories.
