• Delivery times for DHL, UPS, and FedEx typically range from 3 to 7 business days. China Post deliveries are estimated to arrive within 20-45 days, while SpeedPAK shipments are expected to take 14-20 days. If expedited delivery is required, please select an alternative express service.

 

 

Return Policy

• We provide free replacements or refunds for items not received within our estimated shipping timeframe. 
• If a customer wishes to return an item within 7 days of receipt due to personal preference (non-quality issues), we can facilitate an exchange or refund provided the item remains unused, in its original condition, unmounted, and resalable. The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. 
• For defective items or those found non-functional upon receipt, please contact us for a return address. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item, provided the item is returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly.
