A three-piece continental rod, ideally suited to fishing clean beaches and mixed to rough ground. The tubular tip is designed to cast larger baits at distance and excels at venues with strong tides and currents. The Surf TT is perfect when dealing with high wind speeds and targeting larger species such as bass, cod, and rays. Its progressive action combined with a powerful butt section provides plenty of reserve power when needed. This forgiving rod delivers smooth casting performance. The lightweight blank features a 1k weave on the butt section, while the tip section includes an added carbon wrap to enhance strength, plus metal collars throughout. It’s fitted with premium K guides, a DPS reel seat, and EVA take-apart grips on each section. The moulded EVA butt grip prevents the rod from slipping when fishing on slick surfaces like piers or rocks.
