All returns need to be postmarked within 30 days of delivery for a full refund

Returns need to be unused in the same condition you received them; they cannot be used or modified (set, sized, or altered)

Pre-paid return labels are offered for items above $99 for domestic shipments only, up to 3 prepaid labels per customer

International returns will have to be arranged by the clients at their expense

The return address will be provided by us when we accept your return request

This covers all accent diamonds and loose prongs

An extended warranty can be purchased for an additional charge
