In very good condition. The front cover is discolored along the spine and has discolored spots throughout. Light wear along the edge of the manual. Handwriting in ink on the top of the front cover and three or four pages inside. No other signs of wear or aging. NOTE: This booklet is loose leaf (see the last picture). None of the pages are bound. It has holes punched in it, and the intent is for it to sit and stay together in a binder.
