Board has been FULLY tested in a LIVE environment including network. NO blown / SWOLLEN / LEAKY caps (ALL have been checked). EVERY port and slot has been visually and operationally checked. comes as pictured with pictured accessories and cables NOTHING else.

            #2   I get these boards and they have sometimes been sitting for days/months/years as well as they may be lisited for long periods of time before they actually sell. Sometimes the boards MAY need a new cmos battery (CR2032) they are cheap and easy to install if needed. Most of the time the board just needs to be run for a couple days so it self charges the battery. I do NOT warranty or guarantee the batteries on these.
