This Lego Town set was issued in 1999 and comes complete as pictured with minifig.

This set was assembled to check for all pieces and then disassembled and packaged for rebuild.

Each bag is sealed for security and to prevent loss of parts.  There is no box.

Returns are accepted for bags that are still sealed.  Items returned with opened bags will be charged a 30% restocking fee since we will need to spend the time to recheck the condition of the parts, reassemble to check for missing parts, replace missing parts, and disassemble to package for rebuild.
