from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer
refunds or exchanges. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are only
considered for defective, damaged, or misrepresented items, provided the
request is made within the return period. Dissatisfaction with a
product, including issues such as pull rates or not receiving a specific
card or collectible within a sealed product, does not qualify for a
refund and should be directed to the manufacturer for resolution.
Sealed Products & Redemption Codes - Once a sealed product is opened or a code is redeemed, it is no
longer eligible for return or refund. These items are considered final sale unless otherwise specified.

- Minor imperfections in shrink wrap or product packaging are
considered normal and may occur. If you believe there is an issue with
your product, please contact us, and we will provide the manufacturer's
contact information so you can address the matter directly.
For graded cards or single
cards, please note that the item you receive will be the exact card
pictured. We encourage you to inspect the image thoroughly, as we do not
guarantee any specific grades on single cards, as grading is determined
independently by professional grading services.
