Made by Samsonite in 1968, this is the ultra rare US version of the European Lego 330 Jeep Set. It is called the Lego Model Maker NO. 330:210 JEEP.
There are 59 pieces here - it appears only one piece required to make the Jeep is missing (a flat 1x2 white piece).
One blue flat piece is chipped as seen in photos.
