• US Delivery time: 7–15 business days (may vary during holidays). US Average shipping time normally: 5 - 9 business days excluded production time due to personalized items.

Return & Replacement Policy

• As each sign is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

• Damaged or defective items will be replaced – please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• If a mistake was made on our part, we will refund or replace the item immediately. Please give us the opportunity to make it right before leaving feedback.
