3. Accessories provided by manufacturer should be enough for fitting (As shown in the picture below).

4. Components and awning have been affiliated to one consignment. Usually the parcel will be delivered together. But few orders may be delivered separately. Please contact us first under this situation. We will figure this out immediately.

- You will be asked to complete a short form regarding your wall type and installation site. Please fill this in as accurately as possible – this helps us assess the wall conditions for installation and ensure a smooth fitting.
- Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you to confirm a convenient date for the installation.

1. Please ensure you provide correct information about your wall type and installation location. If incorrect details are provided and our installer is unable to complete the job on arrival, a call-out charge may still apply.
