CARLTON WARE - BY BAIRTSOW MANOR - JESTER FIGURE

Up for sale I have this wonderful The Jester - Carlton Ware figure made by Bairstow Manor Pottery in Staffordshire.

The figure measures approx. 21cm high. It is new and obtained direct from Bairstow Manor and is stamped Carlton Ware underneath (see photo). It is also stamped as a 'show special' and is a one-off colourway piece, different to the main, limited edition of 500.

As these figures are hand-made and hand-painted, surface marks, scratches, pimples and dimples are nothing unusual. I have checked this one and there is a fair bit of light surface crackling/crazing (see photo examples). Nothing unusual.

A genuine rarity to add to any collection.
