Return Policy:

buyer has 30 days from the receipt of the item purchased to file a return as

long as the item is in the same condition it was sent to the buyer.

buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refund Policy:

the buyer purchased the item listed EXCEPT shipping costs will be released to

the buyer pending an assessment by NorthEast Industrial LLC on the returned

condition of the item.

buyer will NOT be refunded for a returned item if there are any signs of the

item being installed or modified in any way.
