Policy on Returns:


Any order can be returned within 30 days from the package being delivered to you and must be in original packaging and in same condition as I sent it in order to receive a refund. All returns will be quality inspected and matched up to the photo images from when it was sent to the customer in order to avoid bad actors replacing any of my items for items that are old or damaged. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of buyer. Refunds will not be honored if an item isn’t returned back to The Soulful Leopard.

Loss or Damaged in Transit Please contact me so I can fill out the Initial USPS Missing Mail form which cannot be completed until 5 days after the original delivery date. Open up return with EBay for lost or damaged package and I will issue a refund for the order amount plus the shipping cost.
