PENTART-DECOUPAGE GLUE & VARNISH - SILKY SHINE

Pentart Decoupage Glue and Varnish Silky Shine is a water-based glue and varnish in one that dries to a shine. This product spreads easily and evenly. Adhesive and finishing varnish in one for decoupage technique to decorate stretched canvas, wood, paper and ceramic surfaces. Use it both under and over the selected paper for decoupage.

Apply on the top from your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.
