All Orders Will Ship Within 2-6 Business Days to lower 48 states. Freight items will take longer to coordinate with the shipping company.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

We do accept local pick up.
All packages are inspected before shipping, even if it is still sealed from the factory. We check for damages and check that the part matched the description. Therefore, all boxes will be opened and resealed.
We cannot guarantee transit times.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost.
On large items, the shipping company frequently requires a loading dock or access to a forklift for delivery. The street must be accessible by an 18-wheeler for delivery. If you aren’t sure if it is big/heavy enough to require a dock, please ask before buying.
Return Policy
No returns on freight items.
Used parts are sold “as-is” and sales are final. With only exception being, the shipping company caused additional damage. In this circumstance, buyer will need to file a claim with the shipping company. This is what their shipping insurance is for.
Please use the eBay return process for all returns
Return request needs to be within 14 days of receipt.
A copy of the invoice and pictures will need to be included with the return.
All returns must be sent prepaid, we are not responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping/handling fees will not be credited.
Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used, damaged, installed, modified or otherwise tampered with parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstance.
Parts that are listed as “damaged” cannot be returned under any circumstance.
We do reserve the right to refuse any return on parts we find have been installed or altered or do not meet the above criteria.

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

If the box shows up with visible damage, please take a picture of the box, in case the part is broken. This helps with getting refunds from the shipping company.
