International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Any additional import duties and VAT taxes must be covered by the buyer.

We have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Returns can be granted on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges can only be made for an equally priced item or more.

To start a return, you can contact us via eBay messages. Once you're connected with a rep from our company, the return label will be sent to you.
