Raw cards (Individual cards under $20, Orders under $50) will ship via eBay Standard Envelope. Higher dollar raw cards/orders and graded cards will ship in either a padded envelope with cardboard protection or a box via USPS Ground Advantage.  I have over 40 years experience dealing in trading cards and have been doing mail order since 1995.
