I buy from a number of wholesalers/merchants at cost and while most are very honest when it comes to describing their wares and most of the items are indeed as described to me, there may be some gems/stones which are either lab created or synthetic.  The vast majority are genuine and natural, but I can only go with the description which has been given to me. 

It is never my intention to deceive anyone, so will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. 

It is possible that your pendant may be made up from both natural and synthetic stones.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, all my items are returnable, if it's my mistake then I will gladly pay the return label, if you just don't like it, then the return is at your cost. If I have made an error in the listing, which happens occasionally, not to mislead, just due to human error, I will always rectify, but can only do this if I have been told.
