ICY BOX Internal mSATA M.2 SATA SSD DVD/Bluray Bay Adapter

Expand Your Opportunities!

Have you ever wished you could put a mSATA or M.2 SSD in your notebook, because you are feeling that the boot times and data access becomes more and more slowly or you have realized that you want faster access to your data? By putting an IB-AC649 in your optical bay, you can add a compact mSATA or M.2 SSD to your notebook.

Unexpected Acceleration

Adding a mSATA/M.2 SATA SSD drive to your system can make it significantly faster, from decimating the boot times to speeding up application launch and data access or storing all of your large files on a 2nd regular hard drive.

The Future Is Now

Trough the years old but still working notebooks get slower. To not give up on your long- serving companion upgrading the storage is a good idea. By moving the operating System to a substantially faster flash storage access times are radically shortened. Its that easy to catapult the notebook to the future.

Insensitive, Quiet and Fast!

mSATA/M.2 SATA SSDs are particularly suitable when frequently used applications and operating systems will be used. Thanks to their chipset they are quiet, insensitive to shaking and are, on top of that, much faster than a normal HDD.
