SHIPPING AND HANDLING: 

1) Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment cleared. 

2) We send the item by Canada Post with tracking number.

3)**International customer: The shipping cost is very high. If you want to send by another method (Surface mail with tracking number or Normal airmail), please contact me before you place the order.**

4) We ONLY ship to the address show in the Ebay checkout address. Please checked the address before checkout.

If you get wrong items or defective items, please send us pictures via ebay message, we will fix the problem for you. 

RETURN POLICY: 

Any sealed bag/sealed label which have been opened will NOT be accepted for return. For unopened item, the buyer has 14 days to return the item (the buyer pays all return shipping fees). The item cost (excluding the shipping fee) will be refunded after the item arrive to my address. 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds if the package was damaged after I receive.
