Small knicks can affect seating and concentricity, while hard enough impacts can affect the collet’s roundness and spring. These adverse conditions ultimately affect the cutting performance of your tools, leading to accelerated tool ware and poor finish quality. Our collet holders are all based on a 3” x 6” envelope commonly associated with Lista drawer configurations. The seated height of the collet in the holder is set to fit within the standard Kennedy tool chest drawer (roughly 1-3/4” – 2”).

The pocket dimensions match the European Radial (ER) standards for the correct taper to ensure a solid fit that will prolong the correct set of the ER spring. All holders are 3D printed with an environmentally friendly plastic that exhibits great resistance to oil and solvents ensuring many years of use.
