How to use
- Mix 10 to 30 drops of propolis in 1/2 glass (Approx. 150ml) of water or juice according. Take once or more times a day, as suitable.
- You can also mix it with honey, in a proportion of 5% propolis extract and 95% honey of good quality. Take a teaspoon of this mixture of honey and propolis extract two to three times a day.
