This is an INOX Italy 18/C Stainless Fish Poacher set, consisting of a steamer, lid, and fish kettle/poacher. It is oval in shape with a 6-inch diameter and a length of 19 inches. The set is made of stainless steel, suitable for electric, gas, and steam ovens up to 450°F. It features a flat-bottomed design, double handles, and is dishwasher safe. Made in Italy, this three-piece set is ideal for poaching fish and includes a lid for easy cooking. This shows some use, but really in very good condition. Please see photos.
